Meineke Car Care Center

Nice people, but I paid for a tire rotation with my oil change and only realized when I got home that my tires were not rotated. Another customer asked why his had not been rotated while I was there and they said that his tires needed replacement, not rotation. That can’t be the case for me as they evaluated all four of my tires as absolutely fine in the afterward brief. Even if that had been the reason, they should tell you when they give you back the keys. Will not be back.

My sedan needed an alignment and tire rotation so that I could go get the balancing done elsewhere. I called to make an appointment on Wednesday and was told that the only available time that would work for both myself and the shop/mechanics would be bright and early at 7:30am for the coming Friday. At 7:15am the morning of my appointment, I received a call informing me that due to staffing issues, Mieneke was unable to service my car all day. The earliest available appointment was now Monday at 1pm. During the phone call I was told that an appointment for my services had been created and I could expect to have my car fully serviced in 1-2 hours on Monday. Monday, I arrived at the shop at 1:03pm only to be met with inconvenience. Not only had the man I had spoken with not put the appointment discussed on the phone into their system, the appointments was not created at all. I was met a snarky attitude, belittling tone, and was told to “be timely next time” for my appointment. Ironic considering the circumstances. This store wasted my time, money, gas, and patience. The next day I had to drive all the way back to have my car finally serviced, almost a week after I initially tried to

Management seems to come and go as every time I’ve been to this location it’s been someone new in charge. However the work they do has been consistent and I look forward to seeing the full inspections reports they make especially for an old car like mine. Eric is the standout employee as he’s the one at the counter and he’s very knowledgeable and friendly. I consider this a trustworthy shop to bring your car to

I recently took my car to Meineke Car Care Center for an alignment and tire rotation, and I had a great experience. Eric provided excellent customer service, was professional, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of smoothly. The work was done efficiently, and my car feels great afterward. Overall, an all-around great experience, and I’d definitely recommend this location to others!
